SAFY Promotes Barbara Utrup to Vice President of Human Resources
Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY), a leading family and children services organization
headquartered in Delphos, Ohio, recently announced the promotion of Barbara Utrup to Vice President of Human
Resources in its corporate office. In this position, Utrup is responsible for managing company HR functions
including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee recognition, legal and regulatory compliance and personnel policy.
She also assists in the development and execution of organizational goals and strategies.
Utrup began her employment at SAFY in 2000 as a Recruiter. She has more than 17 years experience in human resources.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
