When a child is removed from their family, they are changed forever. Each day, these children deal with disappointments and hardships most cannot begin to imagine. Every positive experience they have provides an opportunity to feel valued and secure. Every act of kindness lets them know that someone cares, and that they deserve to be cared for.
If you would like to participate in SAFY’s 5K Fun Run/Walk and Tot Trot, register online at www.safy.org. Early registration is accepted through Saturday, May 27th for a fee of $25 for adults and $15 for youth ages 9 to 14. Registration after that date is $30 for adults and $20 for youth. Registration for the Tot Trot is required, but there is no cost.
