Susan Evans has been a member of the SAFY team for over 16 years. During this time, Suzi has held a variety of positions with a strong focus on program development. Developing programs & implementing new programs makes use of Suzi’s creative ability while meeting the needs of the youth we serve. Some of these programs are: Independent Living, In-Home Intervention, Group Homes for Transitional Living, Medically Fragile, MRDD, Shelters for Runaway Adolescents, and Adolescent Sex Offenders.
Suzi graduated from University of Dayton with a master’s degree and with a clinical counseling endorsement. She holds two licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling, and a Licensed Social Worker. Suzi has over 33 years experience working with children and families.
Suzi states, “Professionally, I feel the true mission of life is to do all you can to improve the lives of the children in our society that are less fortunate. I want to help make a difference in individuals’ lives.”
